  • September, 24th Noon EST

    Members Only

Every other month, the Ovata Community Roundtable brings members together for a peer-led discussion. These open conversations are a chance to share ideas, strategies, and tools with fellow community members in a supportive, judgment-free space.

Our goal is to create a place where everyone can show up authentically—no masking, no pressure—just meaningful dialogue and collective learning. Whether you want to exchange practical tips, explore new approaches, or simply connect with peers who understand your perspective, the Roundtable is your space to do so.

  • October 22nd at 12:00 PM (ET)

David Long, former CEO of Liberty Mutual and co-founder of The Common Room and Chitarra Pasta Company

Dan Tatar, former CEO of the ADK Group and co-founder at Chitarra Pasta Company

Dan and David will join us in a discussion about ND employment and employers, dedicated spaces for people with ND conditions, and their advocacy in the Autism community.

  • We’re excited to welcome Sean Gill of for a session on skills-based interviewing and communication profiles.

Sean will introduce the innovative communication profile tool developed by his team to support neurodivergent employees in the workplace. This tool not only helps individuals gain greater self-awareness but also enhances communication and collaboration across entire teams.

What makes this session especially powerful is the curb cut effect in action—resources originally designed to empower neurodivergent professionals often turn out to be transformative for everyone. Whether you’re looking to strengthen your own communication, support team members, or build more inclusive hiring practices, this session will offer insights you can put into practice right away.
